One crank costs 0.0005 ETH and prints one bill. The block after your crank decides which bill, so nobody knows in advance, the Committee included. The bill is paid straight out of the pot to you.
Every bill heats the printer. Somewhere between 20 and 40 bills it jams, and whoever cranked the most since the last jam is paid 15% of the pot. Then it cools and printing resumes.

On day 3 the Committee authorises one hour of stimulus, and every bill prints a size up. On day 7 the printer is switched off and whoever printed the most bills takes everything left. Each crank sends 80% to the pot and 20% to buying $BRRR and burning it.
